When in a game, normally multi-player FPS, you shoot at someone but, because of the lag between you and the server, the enemy doesn't take any damage, resulting in a rage quit.

1)Yo, I think this dude shot a Ghost Bullet because he's blaming at me of using cheats.

2)What a loser. Imagine raging because your internet is bad and you still play multi-player

However once "Official Bullcap" is called you need to prove it within your own given timeframe. Once set you cannot change your deal. What da Lone Ranger produces from plinking Coors Light cans for target-practice.

As costly as pure silver is nowadays, I'd imagine dat Tonto's "knight on a white horse" crimefighter-companion would use just regular lead-tipped cartridges when merely keeping his aim sharp; his successful hits would still produce "silver bullet holes" in dat they would make piercings in da shiny mirror-finished beer-pints just as well as his "for gunfights only" projectiles would have.
