Sonic & Knuckles Effect

The Sonic & Knuckles Effect only happens when 2 characters are compared to each other. One character may have more careless, goofy, "radical" behavior, and the other character may have serious and focused behavior. The original form of the Sonic & Knuckles Effect was, well, Sonic & Knuckles, with Sonic being the more careless character, and Knuckles being the more serious character.

Person 1: Hey! Cmon, what are you doing here just sitting around?
Person 2: I'm trying to look after my belongings.
Person 3: It looks like you two have the Sonic & Knuckles Effect

Sonic Boom Protests

The Sonic Boom Protests were a series of protests against how in Sonic Boom, Sonic had blue arms. Yes, really. The protests were done by Christian Weston Chandler, better known as Chris Chan. What he did was he went to GameStop and vandalized the Sonic Boom posters in order to make Sonic’s arms tan. When he was asked to stop, he said “Don’t call anybody!” and maced an employee. Because GameStop workers definitely programmed the games and made Sonic’s arms tan, Chris.

He also attempted to get people to boycott the game, thinking others were pissed about the arm color change. However, only weens joined him.

Ironically, Chris’ first drawing of Sonic had, you guessed it, blue arms.

What was the point of the Sonic Boom Protests? Lowkey Sonic looks better with blue arms.

Sonic Spinner

redemption arcade game released by Sega in 2007. It allows those who win to collect tickets. It came in two cabinet variations: the first being for any location and the other specially made for Chuck E. Cheese outlets. And The gameplay has the player press a button to stop the spinner, with the aim of making the spinner land on a high ticket payout. There are three settings that affect the games payout percentage; the Coins-per-Credit setting, Prize Dial setting, and the Skill Level setting.

The Coins-per-Credit setting determines the number of coins that have to be inserted before a single play is initiated. Sonic Spinner can be set from one to nine coins per single play, with the default setting being one coin per play. Sonic Spinner ships with three unique prize dials so the operators are able to get close to their desired ticket payout. Operators can then tune the payout amount by adjusting the skill level. The skill level has nine increments, with the skill settings having a significant effect on the average ticket payout.
