Diamond of Doom

Diamond of Doom is what most mechanics and vehicle technicians call a Renault. This is due to the Renault logo being a diamond, and usually they are broken causing doom and gloom for the owner. Can also be called the Diamond of Death as well!

Gaffer: We've just a Ford come in that needs a new clutch

Technician: No problem, I'll start it as soon as I've finished changing the brakes on the Diamond of Doom

When Valentine’s Day falls after Friday the 13th, it is considered the Valentine’s Day of Doom. Arguments, breakups, and cheating usually occurs on the Valentine’s Day of Doom.

It’s Valentine’s Day and my girlfriend dumped me for another guy. But yesterday was Friday the 13th so I guess that’s just how things are on the Valentine’s Day of Doom.

Impact Frame of Doom

An "Impact frame of doom" is often displayed in Anime and Video games. It stems from a regular impact frame, which darkens the rest of a scene except for a hard impact, such as a punch or kick. The doom comes in when it lasts for multiple seconds, often with a loud sound accompanying it. Examples include most of the impact frames in Fire Force, and what the Roaring Knight hit Susie and Ralsei with in the game Deltarune.

Guy 1: That fight was crazy, (bad guy) got his shit rocked with that hit
