A criminal who runs away as soon as he sees the police, and apparently thinks he is a track star for doing so. Normally yelled out to notify others someone is pulling a runner.

Two police officers break down a door and find a criminal inside. Criminal takes off with VCR

Tractor Beams are the hairs that grow around the anus which can often capture "Klingons".

I thought I had wiped well enough but judging by the streaks my Tractor Beams picked up a few klingons.

banked track

An oval surface for skating or bicycle racing. Original roller derby used such a surface. The pitch or angle of the curves decreases the centripetal forces created by the object in motion. Size depends on the type of race occuring on the track.

The speeds possible on a banked track far out pace those on a flat surface. As the pitch of the turns increases so does the speed potential.
