People that are extremely porous (believing) to mostly everything that they are told.

These types of people are easily used and can be manipulated into performing acts of harm or good without question maybe not even realizing that they are doing it for the gain of the user. Brainwashing techniques can be very effective on these types of people.

The word "softs" means that they are mouldable. Liking to the similarities to a soft material such as putty or wax.

Not to be confused with a softie.

The woman was a soft. She's unable to see that her "friends" are using her.

He is such a soft. He cant see whats really going on around him.

The groups of softs are being told lies and they are believing it.
