A sexually morbid and perverse act, consisting of anal sex and cold blooded murder.

The man (or female with prosthetic phallic) performs normal anal sex with a partner. Upon orgasm, a knife is "plunged" into the rib cage of the partner being penetrated. Once this partner is deceased, she or he will excrete the contents of their small intestine onto the man's penis or females prosthetic. This act is reminiscent of a toilet plunger.
