a word describing hip motions that have existed as long as hula dancing, or hula hooping, but have found a new niche in a culture dominated by progression. In a work oriented society, the laziest semi talentless individuals are able to attribute the shaking of hips to a word one letter from working, in this case, twerking.

Ricky: babe can you get me towel, I'm drippin sweat. Been under the car in 100 plus degree weather.
