A derogatory label applied to a person prone to inappropriately storing candy in their undergarments, usually for the illicit enticement of minors.

He can't go within 200 feet of a playground or school 'cause he's a candi pantz.

Originated from a YouTube video named “FAST CANDIES 3AM CHALLENGE” or smth
The YouTuber Marcello_timenice_30 or the voice of Bambi Bambi Bambi made a joke to add to the funny of the video where instead of pronouncing “candies” he said fast food and stuttered replacing it with “fast candies”

It was later used by cynda & granarte for the Friday night funkin song “sugar rush” where the oppoent (bandu) says YO WHATS UP GUYS TODAY WE'RE DOING FAST FOOD- I MEAN, FAST CANDIES, DEZZ CANDIES, DEEZ FUCKIN CANDIES
