When a man proceeds to masturbate into a burrito, wrap the burrito around his penis, then engages in anal sex with his partner, and finally pours a cup of Moe's queso dip on his partner's face and licks the queso dip from his or her face.

This term was coined by two long island boys after eating at food establishment Moe's Southwestern Grill, and making countless sex jokes.
