a blunt that is smuggled into an establishment that prohibits the use of marijuana by using ones nut-sack as a concealant. This is done in order to give the blunt a disgusting embarrassment upon whom who smokes said blunt. Similar to the practical joke called the stink palm which was documented in the motion picture Mallrats.
