Guerilla nuisance

The act of being a nuisance in a way that is inexpensive and accessible, relative to the cost of fixing the chaos that follows the nuisance.

“Hey mate, the local kids have been causing a guerilla nuisance again…”

“What’s a guerilla nuisance?”

“They’ve bought a bag of screws from B&Q for £2.50 and sprinkled them down the M65, causing £1.3M worth of damage from the resulting 16 car pile up.”

Short-peckered nuisance

Someone who - typically teenage - is destructive to other people's property. It's slang for "asshole" in the old days, particularly in downeast Maine.

"Get over here, you short-peckered nuisance, you just ran through my garden!"
