Its true definition is meant to describe a tool. But can correlate to such slang as in the tool can go both ways, latches onto various size bolts/nuts and inserting or removing them from/in holes. A ratchet doesn't discriminate from big or small, lose or tight. Like i said, they come in all different shapes and sizes, and are readily available for consumers to purchase, use, keep or discard, loan to friends or family, and even sell. Its a slut who gives no fucks but actually breaths, eats, showers, and shits nothing but dick,pussy; &/or ass juice as a hobby, work requirement , & religious/ scientific purposes (so its actually a load of fucks.)
