When a fictional character, commonly a anime character. Is so strong that their attacks are so destructive they obliterate planets with in the cross fire of their battles. It’s way of marking how strong a character is.

Friend: I dislike Dragon Ball because all the characters are Planetary, it’s just so unreal!
