Scandal Noted

Created by Pete Holmes, comedian. While referencing a celebrity in a conversation for their popular unique quality, but not in relation to a current or past scandal, saying "scandal noted" acknowledges the issue, and avoids a tangent in the conversation.

"He did run a lot of yards during the this past season, but O.J. Simpson, scandal noted, still holds the record for single-season yards-per-game average. A record 143, that may never be broken."

When one sends voice notes unknowingly with their phone in one’s Jean pocket.

The receiver of the voice note typically hears random background noise when listening.

I was totally making out with this chick when I realized I had pocket noted my girlfriend. That was the last time she heard me moan - for some reason the bitch now wants nothing to do with me.

An agreement to spread your legs "freely" for someone who loans you money if you are unable to repay said loan after a designated length of time.

Da prob with a promiscory note, of course, is dat you have no guarantee dat da chick to whom you lent da money will keep her word about "letting you milk her", any more than you could count on her paying you back da money she borrowed.
