Colored spade is a song from the 1968 Broadway play, Hair. The song contains multiple ethnic slurs towards African Americans. (EX: Uncle Tom, pickaninny) Also some creative and funny ones. (EX: Table cleaner at Horn and Hardart, Shoeshine boy) The song is about the things one of the characters in Hair, Hud Johnson, has been called as a black man. Despite the lyrics, Colored Spade is a fire funk song.
I'm a colored spade, a nigra, a black nigger, a jungle bunny, Jigaboo, coon, Pickaninny, mau mau,
Uncle Tom, Aunt Jemima, Little Black Sambo, Cotton pickin', Swamp guinea, Junk man, Shoeshine boy,
Elevator operator, Table cleaner at Horn and Hardart, Slave voodoo, zombie Ubangi lipped,
Flat nose, tap dancin', Resident of Harlem
And president of The United States of Love
President of The United States of Love
shit
You invite this man to dinner
You're gonna have to feed him
Watermelon, hominy grits, An' shortnin' bread
Alligator ribs,
and pig tails,
Some Black Eyed Peas,
Some chitlins,
Some collard greens
And if you don't watch out, The boogie man will get you
Boo!

when something is so extraordinarily bright and unique that it cannot be described by colorful alone, and must be called multi-colorful
Amy: Sarah, I love your new shoes. They're so multi-colorful.
Sarah: Thanks. They were just so amazing and vibrant I had to get them.

Jim Crow of a Different Color: trying to atone for racism of the past by adopting racist practices today.
DEI initiatives that discriminate against white people in favor of other races work just like the Jim Crow policies of the post Civil War era, are Jim Crow of a Different Color.
