In an attempt to find fulfillment in their lives, they come up with these new empty titles to elevate themselves above other men who are in reality, just as lonely as they are.
The specific reference to yogurt also has white supremacist undertones, since it is implying that men who are able to easily digest yogurt are superior to those who are not. Lactose intolerance is most prominently seen in Asia, Africa, and South America.
