jacky walk

the act in which a young girl or boy flails their arms in a squid-like manner, while at the same time taking short, quick ape like steps. during this extensive period of low brain function, the speech of the "jacky walker" becomes high pitched and very very irritating. reasons for "jacky walking" are extreme metal issues, overdose on narcotics and the effect of being dropped on the head at birth.
