Scotchy Scumbag

Someone from the Scotswood (supposedly called "Scotchy") area of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (North-East England). They're too much scumbags to be charvers and they're not proper Geordies either.

One Scotchy Scumbag is a girl (well 16-year-old) who got knocked down by a police car and got killed, and everyone nearby used it as an excuse to kick off a riot.

scooch

noun: A creepy male in his late twenties to early forties who rides his bike everywhere, presumable because his license was taken away for legal reasons. Not every man who rides his bike is a scooch. For example, non-scooches ride their bikes for environmental or athletic reasons. Scooches, on the the other hand, seem to exist only to make people uncomfortable and should be avoided at all costs.

Earl's a scooch now because he got his third DUI and he's not allowed to drive anymore.

Hey, there's a scooch sitting under the tree over there touching himself. We should leave.

Aaron's car broke down and now he has to ride his bike everywhere like a freaking scooch.
