A Hack and Flack is an informal gathering of journalists (often called 'hacks') and public relations people (often called 'flacks'). This is usually off the record and involves alcohol. The purpose is to build and improve relationships between two groups who often work together but sometimes for competing purposes.
I heard Joe is coming to the hack and flack tonight, it would be good to hear him not spitting out rote talking points for a change.

The warning kids on YouTube use for their small channels. These kids who put this tag at the end of their channel title are brainless, since they think ‘do not hack’ will send hackers off. It won’t though.
