This term refers to a con artist, a bullshitter. One who tells stories or pulls the wool over ones eyes in attempts to gain something for him or herself, personally or in business.

Get the pull woolmug. "wool here" is a phrase used to notify others that an attractive female is in one's immediate vicinity. "wool here" draws it's roots from the baseball team of an unnamed California JUCO (Junior College). In the rare event that a beautiful girl would pass by the field, a dirtbag baseball player would bellow "wool here", thereby alerting everyone in earshot of said female's presence.
