A combination of the words weeaboo (extreme anime fan/Japanophile) and derp (stupid or ignorant person).

Basically...it's used to describe a very stupid anime extremist.

Despite what some people think, there is a bit of a difference between a weeaboo and and a weeaderp.

Normal anime fan: I like Naruto! :)

Weaboo: OMG SQUEE, I LOVE NARUTO!! SO KAWAII! (/^0^)/

Weeaderp: OMG! I luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuUV animu!!! Especially this one YAOI animu called NArUto! Cuz' every1 nos that Naruto is a yaaaoi! It is KAWAII SUGOI DESUUUU ^///0///^

Anti-Anti-Weeb

Weebs that have ascended to a higher level and now think that just because they know what an anti-weeb is, that anyone who levels legitimate criticism of anime or has a general distaste for it is just a bitter anti-weeb or someone that hasn't seen the right anime to spark the same passion that they have for anime.

Anti Weeb

A person that does not enjoy the presence of Japanese-obsessed individuals. There are a number of contributing factors to the dislike of anime and its surrounding culture, including strangely high pitched voices, overly sexualized portrayals of women, pornography depicting children or child-like characters, and much more.

Weebs hate English dubs in Japanese games. As an Anti Weeb, I don't understand their issue.
