A single mom who has two kids with 2 different fathers. The term can be used for any increment of the principle. So if she has 3 kids and 3 different fathers she is a threefer. 4 kids with 4 different fathers she is a rare fourfer. Finally 5 kids with 5 different fathers she is a fivefer

Guy 2: Whats that?

Guy 1: You know she has 2 kids each with a different father.
