French word for touch. Pronounced Touch-e. Originated in fencing, when one person scored a point by "touch"ing the opponent.

Touche (while fencing, the sword or eppez has "touched" the opponent thus resulting in a point.)

It would seem it's equal to "fucking." Based on the lyrics for The Dresden Dolls' "Sing," where some half-deaf music downloaders posted the lyrics as being "There is this thing that's like fucking..." when the booklet and song clearly say "There is this thing that's like touching."
