Sistating

To spend time with your sista (or sister) via phone. Other Variations: Auto-sistating-when both sista's are on the phone; Manual-sistating-sistating while attempting to drive a manual transmission vehicle; Personal-sistating-spending time together in person; Self-sistating-just thinking about your sista.

While I was on the highway, I thought I was sistating with Kathryn, but I was really auto-sistating because she was in the car on the way home.

Siesta Mode

After a heavy meal during a lunch break (usually 60 minutes), one would return to there work desk.

Shortly after sitting down, tiredness would kick-in and prevent you from doing any work.

Thus entering Siesta Mode.

Times can vary, normally Siesta Mode peaks after 2pm.

Guy1 - That was a textbook lunch from the pub
Guy2 - Tell me about it!
Guy1 - Proper Siesta Mode now!
Guy2 - True, think I will lie down on my keyboard now.

Female form of brotha from anotha motha. What one calls a friend close enough to be a sister but who is not actually related to them by blood or parentage.
Used as a greeting and in casual conversation

Ya sista

Like saying "yo mama" but instead you say "ya sista" can be used for anything. More as an insult. Does not matter whether or not the person has a sister.

Guy 1:"Yo you looked like crap the other night at the party."
Guy 2:Ya sista looked like crap that sloppy hoe!"
