Lib-Trog

A Lib-Trog is the formation of two words Liberal and Troglodyte. The word is used in a derogatory term referring to anyone that takes a left-wing stance on issues and is blatantly wrong. The mystery behind the word is yet to be unlocked however there are many guesses to be had.

Person 1: "Stalin was a very bad dude and was slaughtering innocent people".
Person 2: "No, he only killed Nazi's and evil people, he didn't kill any innocent people".
Person 1: "You're such a Lib-Trog".

Lib-Tard

The word libtard is intended to insult someone by linking the person’s liberal political views and their expression to an intellectual or developmental disability: as the etymology indicates, the last part of this compound comes from retard, a profoundly demeaning term for a person with such a disability. Reliance on the disparagement of people with disabilities makes libtard, and its much less frequent companion insult conservatard, doubly offensive.

My friend Tammy who is a secretary is a Lib-Tard, she’s a liberal.

lib-rube

Any liberal (voter or politician) who is either convinced or lying that there is never anything wrong with the DNC, Democratic party or any Democratic politician or liberal figure; even if they are corrupt, to the right on certain issues/policies or if they are complicit and refuse to fight for any good policies. In their minds, no matter what anyone in Democrat-name does, nobody is ever allowed to criticize them, even from a leftist perspective. They are typically anti-progressive and align most with centrist Democrats and even tend to hold beliefs that align more conservative or right-wing than their leftist or progressive peers.
Whenever any leftist critiques a Democrat for not being progressive on any certain issue, they are immediately bullied by these people and assumed that they are on the right-wing when they clearly are not. These people are also more commonly known as blue-MAGA.

Liberal: Joe Biden is perfect! He should be reelected!
Leftist: He is clearly in cognitive decline, and responsible for funding a genocide in Gaza. You’re such a lib-rube!
Liberal: How dare you! Fall in line, or else you’re with MAGA!

ad lib

Short for ad libitum. Means spontaneously, without prior practice or just unrestrained. Often refers to artists improvising, also known as "ad libbing", in other words playing from the top of their heads.

After the song was done they kinda started ad libbing into what seemed to be a whole new track, but was really just the guitarist fooling around.
