When one is demonstrating at being a total fuckwit.
The ability of one, without clue (being clueless), to use emotion without logic or rational through to argue their point.
More often than not acted out by the 'fuckwit' (see fuckwit)

They clearly did not listen, apply logic and/or thought through that, because it made no sense and therefore they are portraying fuckwitery.
