It is a Britsih slang term which describes one who plays with his/her own fat in order to gain pleasurable satisfaction.

Jimb: Man,Carl is so fat.
jake: Yeah, I bet he's a flobbknocker.
Jimb: That's the only way he'd get any action anyway.

Flarby

The primary antagonist of a garbage game developed by a child (so cut 'em some slack) that was meant to gain fame by piggy backing off of the success of the equally as shit game. It (in a way) is genius as a large sum of the markiplier fanbase probably don't have their parents permission to download FNaF on steam, resulting in all of them getting anything they can that is somewhat similar to the base game.
