Favouritism

A very biased behavior where a person who is likely highest-in-command treats a person unfairly, apparently or sometimes regardless of reputation, etc. Imagine a person getting a promotion in a certain workplace/workshop for being a favourite.

#1: Hey #2. Since you are my favourite, how about I put you in a higher position?
#2. Oh, thanks!
