a college major, which is the art of studying, researching, and predicting which men's college basketball teams will advance in the upcoming men's ncaa final four tournament using an official tournament bracket which is released on selection sunday.

Bracket vioce

To comment on someones stupid/illogical action in a third person point of view to make fun of them, sometimes in a sarcastic manner. When using the bracket voice one must over pronounce every word they are saying for maximum effect.

When in text format add brackets to the words you want to say in the bracket voice.

Matt: "Where should i take us?"
Dana: "Drive to the main beach"
(Matt takes the long way)
Dana: "(He takes the stupid way!)"
Matt: hahaha the bracket vioce!

Corey: "I love my car so much, its gonna get me so much pussy!"
Matt: "(He thinks hes sweet)"

John: "(The Leafs loose again!)"

above my tax bracket

A high maintenance girl who would require an income level greater than yours to support her lavish lifestyle. They are usually found at clubs with high cover charges and surrounded by fifty guys who all pay for her.

Two guys catch a hot girl decked out in designer clothing, Gucci glasses, Manolo stilletos, and more jewelry than small African nations posses. One says to the other "Check out that one over there," and the other notices the money leaving his pockets and says "no way man, she is way above my tax bracket"

the act of filling out multiple NCAA tournament brackets. Begins on Selection Sunday and ends on Wednesday night before the beginning of the tournament.

Bracket Flu

Bracket Flu: A disease caused by ten men and an air-filled rubber ball that becomes widespread in the United States the 3rd weekend of March. The disease has been known to be terrible duing years of widespread upsets and buzzer beaters.

Symptoms: Fatigue, irritability, confusion, dizzyness, nausea

Severe cases have been known to cause depression causing many to stay home from work/school on Monday after the first and second rounds are complete.

The Only Cure: A minimum of one Buzzer Beater the following weekend.

Jim caught bracket flu after Ohio U beat Georgetown in 2010. He didn't return to work for a full week.
