blacklisted

Originally stemming from fear of Communism (ie the red-scare),it means you were suspected of being involved in Communism, and were put on a list with other such people, though most had done nothing wrong. Being on this list prevented you from doing lots of everyday things.

More recently associated with Seinfeld, when Elaine got herself, and then her boyfriend, blacklisted at the best delivery Chinese Food place around. They refused to deliver to the people "on their list."

(note: I have not seen this episode for many years, so forgive me if this is not verbatim, but it is pretty close)

Delivery Man: here's your food
Elaine's boyfriend: thank you
Delivery Man, seeing Elaine: I know you! You're on our list!
Delivery Man, to Elaine's boyfriend: Now YOU are on our list, too!
Elaine's boyfriend, to Elaine: You got me blacklisted at Hop Sing's!?!?

blacklash

The lashing-out of a person of color, who has thought they were wronged due to the color of their skin. This is usually a last-minute excuse, and said person does not have this mentality.

James created a blacklash after their refusal to hire him at his local McDonalds, due to his gang-activity records, not his melanin.

Blackitude

attitude most often adopted by black people to demonstrate a total lack of enthusiasm or care for any task undertaken. Usually accompanied by a noise produced by sucking of the teeth to further illustrate a lack of regard for virtually any situation which requires effort or verbal communication.

"can I have a latte please, counter monkey?" - followed by Blackitude - shrugging of shoulders, 'hip hop' style disabled strut, teeth sucking and 30 minute production time for latte by said counter monkey.

If while riding a bus the driver applies the brakes suddenly to avoid a collision this will likely cause a cacophany of teeth sucking creating the atmosphere of an aviary inside the bus. Most likely to happen in East London, especially Hackney.

To chug a heinekin bottle to the blackline. This is a drinking game becoming popular in Both the US and Canada. The person who is farthest from the blackline loses and typically buys the round or does a shot.

At the bar yesterday everyone got wasted blacklining heinies.
