Breast implants. After breast cancer, breast reconstruction gives a woman back her shape and confidence. Using saline or silicon, acquiring implants is a good thing! Slang for natural breasts are so affectionate; too bad so many slang terms for implants are negative.

After months of grueling tissue expanders, the soft implants felt like silicone salvation.

Well meaning people who probably do more bad than good by telling people they need "saving" and there is something wrong with them when they are at their lowest eb.

Salvation infatuation

A syndrome in which the saved falls for the savior. Whether they were saved from themselves, or a tower with a dragon, or an abusive significant other some people just can't help falling in love with the person who saved them. But it can lead to a bad/toxic relationship if the saved party/savior becomes clingy, overbearing, bossy, pushy, possessive, etc.

"Millie, your salvation infatuation is going to get you hurt."

Abbie could feel her heart patter, as he pulled her back onto the ledge. It was the start of a salvation infatuation.

Definition: A gunshot to the head, often the forehead. Were the bullet hole looks like a black zero. Leaving you "marked" for "life". And death becomes your salvation.
