Shettering (Verb): When someone is angry or annoyed and filled with rage due to incompetence or mistakes being made or just fed up with policies which do not make practical sense and they direct their anger at someone by making them feel small and unintelligent through various tactics.

Bend-setter

Bend setter is a description used for cocaine and the associated angular stance gained after a line, this is dependant on the strength of the substance, so you can have a 45 degree bend set which is not bad, but if you've gained some decent gear (chizz) then this warrants a 90 degree bend set....thus bend setter is born! This is predominantly used in Cheshire, Winsford and Holmes Chapel seem to be heavy users of the word.

Mate I managed to get some 90 degree bend-setter from Winsford, let's get proper focked lid!!

Tone Setter

Someone who escalates a situation; an instigator. “Setting the tone” is the phrase to describe said instigating. The tone setter could have absolutely nothing to do with said situation, but inserts himself regardless for entertainment and/or other nefarious motivations.
