There are two possible meanings. The first meaning refers to getting extremely intoxicated to the point where you can no longer stand up straight. The second meaning refers to when somebody has wanked one out in a nearby outhouse.

Person 1: Dude, I'm so shpanked right now.
Person 2: Well no duh, you took a 6 minute keg stand!

Person 1: I feel so much better, I just released all of my sexual tension.
Person 2: How did you manage to do that?
Person 1: I just went and shpanked one out in that outhouse over there.

"Spracked gacked geeter thwact" is a phrase many methamphetamine users use to describe their state and degree of being high. Each word comprises a separate component of the high regardless of the user's route of intake (eating, snorting, smoking or injection). Spracked describes the LARGE amount of methamphetamine ingested. The more methamphetamine taken increases the degree a person is spracked. Gacked describes how high the user feels in general overall. The larger the dose, the greater the feeling of being high. Geeter describes the exaggerated physical movements and repeated actions a user unconsciously performs when under the drug's influence. From teeth and jaw grinding to excessive blinking and flailing (exaggerated unpredictable arm movements). Again, the larger the dose, the more outrageous the physical manifestations. Lastly, thwact describes the degree of mental instability the user experiences while high. The larger the dose, the greater the paranoia, auditory and visual hallucinations, flight of ideas, pseudo psychotic breaks and even the creation of their very own language.
