A Simpy Shrimpy, also known as a Simpous Shrimpous or a Simpoo Shrimpoo is that one person. Yeah, them. Whether they are hopelessly in love with a singular person or find a billion different people to crush on, that's the one. It may be annoying, but they have a good heart. Good intentions.
