The tension of bladder exit muscles so that no pee can be expelled. It happens when other guys at the urinal are pissing away and also if one or two are hung like a horse and you are not.

Stage 6 clinger

One stage above a stage 5 clinger. This person did not derive their obsession with the opposing person through sex, but simply through a random act of kindness. If you have ever been called at 4am and the other person "just wanted to talk" you have a stage 6 clinger on your hands.

Fred: Jane is such a stage 5 clinger.
Jack: Did you guys have sex?
Fred: No.
Jack: Well then she is definitely a stage 6 clinger.

A girlfriend (or boyfriend) who won't leave you alone. He or she constantly has to know what, when, how, and with who you are doing anything and everything. He or she constantly calls you and wants you in his/her sights 24 hours of every day. This term could also apply to an obsessive admirer.
