Look long and hard at something and think about the consequences.

Should you do this, or should you do that?

Weigh up your options.

Maybe you change something, or maybe you leave things as they are, but at least you have made a dedicated thought process about it!

Brent had to reflect about how much time he was spending at work. Would he be better to sort this shit out, have better time management and spend his time...

(verb) meaning to tell one person a statement but really it is showing whom they are from personal experiences.

Person 1:: "You know what makes me mad?"
Person 2:: "When a man stays at your place, plugs you up, and doesn't even pay you?"

reflection hour

The hour you hit on the day (usually a Sunday) after a massive night out where you ponder (reflect) on what you did last night and maybe even life questions on where you are headed. Usually hits you around 3pm.

Reflection hour hits - you walk out to the balcony with a beer. Start thinking about missed opportunities last night, maybe a chance you bombed with a chick or how you're going to play your game on the chick you picked up but didn't manage to root.
