A person who can be of any race of creed who expresses themselves verbally through rapping about their lives, dreams and ideals. Wrongly percepted as talking only about hoes, money and guns (try listening to talib kweli you fags) Rapping is a great style of music and the best way to express yourself. Anyone whoi thinks rapping is about being 'gangsta' is obviously a bit of a retard and has heard no rap since they saw 50 cent on channel U. And as for 'listen to rock', no ta, i'd rather die than listen to some self-pitying adolescent whining into a microphone about their love life over a 3 powerchord guitar riff. Rock is for thick people.

The commitment level of a music artist is extreme, living sometimes a nomadic and taxing lifestyle and spending long days and nights in the studio recording music.

Augusta rappers are artists from Augusta Georgia that shed light on the city with there plateform.

Aspiring Rapper

North American euphemism for a member of the urban criminal class. This unusual occupation is usually mentioned in conjunction with the subject either being slain or being taken into custody for a violent or property-related crime. A relative of the subject usually points out that the subjects demise or incarceration comes at an extremely inopportune moment, ocurring just as they subject was "turning they(sic) life around."

Special K Icey Eight had a checkered past, but his mother insisted he was a "good boy" who was just turning his life around, when the aspiring rapper was gunned down by a homeowner after breaking into the house via the kitchen window.

someone who believes they are up and coming in the rap game, so they start writing lyrics on the back of their math homework and recording on their iPhone.

-very generic
-raps about generic things that are usually rapped about (money, cars, etc.)
-can be found on Instagram posts self promoting. examples:
“Y’all should give me a chance, I’m the next big thing 🔥🙏🙏🙏🔥”
“My new song (generic song name) just came out, it’s so fire y’all needa go like it up🖤🖤🖤☠️☠️🙏🙏🔥🔥👀👀⛓”

-sometimes, the music can be good, but very rarely
-generic rap name such as:
“Lil Raqqxr” or “Bandz”
commonly in SoundCloud rapper names, vowels are replaced with “x” to appear edgy or different. It’s a style that’s over- used.

Once a soundcloud rapper is finished recording, he will release his music on SoundCloud and create a mixtape that consists of 2 songs. To promote his new up and coming mixtape, he’ll comment on every Instagram post possible.
