Not doing any work (specifically homework) until its too late to turn it in while getting As on test and averaging a C in the class.

When one has exhausted all other means of procastination, so sits on the toilet and hopes for a poo to come out and put off doing actual work.
A: This assignment sucks. I've been procastinating...cleaning my room...watching mid afternoon TV...taking the dog for the walk. I better get into this work then.

To procrastibate is to prioritize masturbation over other things that you need to do.
It is to put off doing something until later, but in the meantime you decide that it is better to beat the meat than to do nothing.

The act of putting off getting gas for your vehicle or waiting for the price of gas to go down only to find out when you do go to get gas the price has risen.
I should of got gas this morning before I went to work.I progastinated and the price jumped .50 cents after work.

Procrastinate

Manifesting actions or work between 24 - 48 hours in which said action/work is required, under the logic "as time passes one will be older and therefore wiser; henceforth by procrastinating the best, smartest and most capable work is being put forth."
Teacher: You must stop procrastinating.
Student: I passed.
