Potatolighting

When angry Irish people who hate Israel react spitefully to the idea of a boycott on Irish products by falsely claiming that doing so would deprive you of a national supply of potatoes with which to produce all manner of potato based products. Potatolighting is considered a highly specialised form of gaslighting and is particularly popular among followers of Richard Boyd Barrett, People Before Profit, and Sinn Féin.
