(acronym)- Pussy Eaters Neck- A condition that occurs in the back of ones neck from munching on a box or the tonguing of a bung, balloon knot or star fish for a great length of time. Generally occurs in the first 3 months of any relationship then fades out to an occasional fly by or drunken anniversary cunnilingus.

After a night of dinner and drinks the newlyweds headed back to their suite where the young groom proceeded to perform fellatio on his blushing bride in hopes of reciprocation. Instead, after 2 hours of vigorous biscuit diving the bride had blacked out and the groom woke up with a furious case of PEN.
