Get the moderate mug.Doing things with moderation and self control can sometimes be good. For every vegan, theres someone who likes a steak sometimes, but theres a difference in having a steak when you haven't had one in a while and you've been wanting one, and gobbling all the meat you can. Ice cream is the same way, toilet paper is the same way. Buying one pack of toilet paper instead of ten is possible, even if it's not easy in a pandemic.
Theres a difference in somebody really thinking they're invincible and immortal, and somebody feeling sure that they've done what they needed to do to keep going, moderation can sometimes be the difference.
