1: A can or bottle of Modelo beer purchased to complement any other alcoholic beverage with the intent of the Modelo being your back-up in case you run out of alcohol.

2: A response to the action of someone being "clutch", or performing under pressure when being heavily relied upon.

"I bought this 6-pack of beer along with a clutch modelo."

person 1: "Yo I was able to get you a ticket to the sold-out Rusko show in the last minute"

person 2: "Clutch Mo-dell"

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the world population's shared negative association with the word, "corona," AB InBev beer company haulted production of Corona Extra. Many consumers have replaced the once popular beer with Modelo Especial without blinking.

Anyone: "Hey, what you drinking, a Modelo?

Human: "Yep. I made the Modelo switch!"

Anyone: "Nice, an even tastier alternative, really."

Human: "For sure. This change is permanent, no doubt."
