The Model Method

Also known as “Singapore model method,” “bar model method,” or “bar modeling.” A problem-solving visualization strategy whereby the problem solver makes use of rectangles or bars to draw a model diagram to represent how the known and unknown quantities in a given problem situation are related, using a part-whole or comparison model.

Using the model method to solve a word problem involving fraction, ratio, or percentage allows the mind’s eye to better grasp the problem situation by making tacit knowledge more explicit or visible—it’s like a “look-see” proof to a problem for kids.

Pull-back Method

The hook-up method where one hugs their target, releases the grip and pulls back to their original position. Once in this original position, one checks to see if their target is looking straight at their eyes. If the target is focused straight at the eyes, lean in for a kiss or make-out session. This method is most often used to say goodbye but has recently been achieved on the dance floor at clubs.

Geylang Methodist Secondary School

Located in a red light district but somehow manages to have the modt posh and uptight kids and the most YP in the same school. Apparently the school got a lot of money but uses it to make more basketball courts that we somehow aren't allowed to use most times. GMSS is the place where you find muggers and vapers sitting next to each other in class.

Rapper Method Man sampled the spelled-out version of this song's chorus on his 1993 song that shares his name, featured on the Wu Tang Clan's classic album Enter the 36 Chambers

Charpings Method

Developed in the late 1900s, charping method was used as a guess and check method where you choose a random multiple choice question and if you fail or get questions wrong you just re-do the assignment and keep guessing tell your right. Used in odessyware.

IB Method

When doing a project in school, specifically a lab, changing your data so that your lab provides more favourable IB results and sets you up for a better mark. Even though teachers say the outcome isn't important, grade-grubbing IB students do this to make sure they get the best mark with the least effort.
