The phrase is a variation of "dude weed lmao", a sarcastic phrase used to mock how many of Seth Rogan's jokes basically use weed as a punchline without much other substance or context in the joke.
Originally, the phrase was coined and used similarly to "dude weed lmao". But where "dude weed lmao" made of the lazy and usually unfunny use of weed as a punchline in jokes, the phrase "dude bussy lmao" satirized jokes that used "bussy" (short for boy pussy or butt pussy), as a punchline.
