A Tamil word popularized by the likes of comedian Santhanam et al, it means teasing someone particularly when in a group, with the obvious aim of making a plain mockery of the person's behaviour or actions.

Person1: Sir, what is route for Anna Square?
Person2: Plus or minus Anna

Here Person2 is assumed to have kalaaichified Person1.
