When your in a race on iracing Motorsports simulator and your playing with the driver behind you by going just fast enough to stay ahead while saving tires knowing you can open a gap at any time. Once you've taken the driver behind you to "gapplebees" is generally followed by hysterical laughter from your spotter.

Driver: Alright time to take him to gapplebees!

A group of guys made up of trucks a 350z and a Honda Civic that go around to car shows blue springs south parking lot and Applebee’s they usually get together on the weekends and make sure they are known around town and somehow everyone knows them in some way.

Combination of gypsy (one who is nomadic and often a collector of trinkets), hippie (a dirty, un-showered person), and hipster (a person that does all of this to be ironic). Needless to say a rare form of human. An elitist with a problem with animal testing and deforestation and a love for Romania and all that comes from that country.
