Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

1. A very popular BBC radio series written by Douglas Adams, originally broadcast in 1978, with new episodes broadcast in 1980, 2004 and 2005.
2. A book released in 1979 by Douglas Adams, derived from the first series of 1. Also the blanket title for a series of four further books by Adams set in the same universe. Sometimes known as “a trilogy in five parts”.
3. 1979 stage show derived from the first series of 1.
4. 1979 LP recording derived from the first series of 1.
5. 1981 BBC television series derived partially from the first series of 1., with some material from 2. and additional original material.
6. A 1984 computer text adventure game by Infocom, freely adapted from the beginning of the first series of 1.
7. A 2005 film from Disney, very loosely derived from the first series of 1. Widely felt to have lost most of the humor and pacing of the original in the process of adapting the material to an American audience. The death of Douglas Adams (and subsequent editing of the script by others) may have played a part in this.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was one of my favorite books in High School.

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide

a semi-funny show with teen actors who make a mead notebook filled with "tip's" about how to get through school. during the show the kids spend very little time in class and have more dating drama than homework. they are oddly close friends with the janitor and spend a lot of time complaining about having school work and tests.
guy1: "did you see Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide last night?"
guy2: "yah they had a tip that just said 'Get a cool hairdo 2 weeks before school reopens'."
guy1: "yah thats why i got a mullet."
guy2: "thats awesome" :)

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Oh my god what a good book. This is what got me hooked on reading again. Ran across it while cleaning the library. Looked strange so I picked it up and started reading. The book follows the adventures of a British guy named Arthur Dent and his freind from another planet after Earth is demolished by space construction workers.
The Reality TV Show Earth episode of South Park borrowed heavily from this great book you Jargon.

Goided

When someone says or texts a word or phrase wrong, knowing it’s wrong just for fun, instead of saying “I almost said” at that moment you realize what you’re about to say isn’t right.
“I’m taking the baby to the party” Randy goided knowing he meant “park” not party, in his text message.

Bullshit, Nothing but bullshit.

also, a thinly gised term used when censoring speech (like I expect this may get when I submit it) when it is too difficult for the moderator to acknowledge the truth that exists. (like there being a way to recover data from an iphone, or repair a non booting xbox)

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide

My Middle School experience =/= NDSSG.
Those kids look like they're in high school. And they never seem to have class, they're always chilling with the janitor or partying in the halls. But if you're not like me and can overlook such things, it's kinda a fun show.
Friend: "Hey-did you catch Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide?"
Me: "Yeah, can you believe it? They spent all this time creating a giant volcano, don't they actually have SCHOOL?"
Friend: "It's just a show...it's not that bad."

Guide to relationships

The following is a guide to relationships; it is written by someone who has never had a complete relationship and is therefore considered to be potentially objective 'n stuff
Guide to relationships
Primary requirements for a happy relationship:

Love
Honesty
Respect
Trust
Faith

Without all five of the aforementioned prerequisites; at least one of the participents will never be truly happy.

The key to a successful relationship is communication. Open and honest communication ensures that there are no problems, no doubts. If you are in love with someone, you have nothing to hide from them or from yourself.

To be honest with others, you must first be honest with yourself.
You do know when you are making the wrong decision; what is the point of lying to yourself? You still know the truth - thats just silly.
It is too easy to talk yourself into the wrong choice; it is just as easy to make the right choice and it just gets easier.
Honesty requires very little brain power and instead of hurting the ones who love you; it makes them stronger.

A relationship must be balanced!
You are equals in every way
You both make the decisions, you both take responsibility
Its all about love; not money, not power, not intelligence - just love.
