You will need two people and a dead pregnant woman. To gorp, or "gorping" requires that you place the body of a recently deceased pregnant woman under a raised plat form, such as a ladder or a tree. One person then climbs the ladder or tree, and one person places their mouth over the exposed vagina of said dead woman.
