Gaydar

When straight people see a feminine man or a masculine woman and immediately go off of stereotypes by presuming they are gay, and then patting themselves on the back.

Heterosexual: Ooh, that girl over there is very “manly”... definitely gay. My gaydar is so accurate!!;)

Slang for the motion sensative radar screen in Halo. Used for any peril warning device when "peril sensative sunglasses" is too verbose.

"I'm throwing gernades at that blip on my gaydar!"
"They are on my gaydar guys!"
"I forgot to watch my gaydar and he p'owned me from behind"

gaydar BETA

A form of gaydar most commonly, but not always found in persons with ambiguous sexuality or faghags. It does have glitches and occassionaly fails, specifically with short-term scans such as 'first glance'. It's two main functions include a shock absorber for when someone comes out of the closet and finding potential hook-ups for one's gay counterpart.

A straight person who wears clothes that make him look gay, often to the frustration of other gay men.

Gaydar detector

A gaydar is well known as a sence that makes a person able to single out a homosexual in a crowd.

A gaydar detector is a piece of machinary that singles out the person able to spot homosexuals in a crowd.

The form and color of the machinary varies from brand to brand.

Person 1: Hey you see that guy over there?
Person 2: ...yeah?
Person 1: Look at my Gaydar detector
Person 2: The needle is totally pointing towards him!
