(N) A corruption of the common epithet dude. It is synonymous with dude, but exponentially more lame -- unless used ironically.
The term first appeared (to my knowledge) on the television adaptation of horror author Stephen King's Quicksilver Highway. A hitchhiking drifter addressed his driver as 'dudemar' inspiring rage in the latter. This is the common response.

Get the Dudewatch mug. This word is quite obviously a mixture of the words dude and man. It takes the "coolness" and the "casualness" and the "chillness" from dude, and it combines it with the "seriousness" and all the other stuff that makes "man" different from dude, all into one word. It is all encompassing, having more "emotional depth" than just "dude" and "man" alone.
Etymology: This word was invented by Drew Nutter, originally used whilst (not while, whilst sounds cooler) talking to his dad, he would call him "dadman man dudeman" (cuz his name is coleman so its like a mix of 'dad' and 'coleman', cuz like theres a 'man' in 'coleman')(actually it wasnt used whilst talking to his dad, its more like thats what i call him when i talk to myself lol)

Get the Dudeman mug.A dodecahedron is a regular polyhedron that has 12 Faces, 20 Vertices, and 30 Edges. It is 3-D just like most other polyhedra. All its faces are pentagons; its dual polyhedron is an icosahedron.
Elementary School Guy: Did you see that crazy dodecahedron over there? It's like a million pentagons combined!
High School Guy: Umm.. Yah? I already know about polychorons and all shapes.
Elementary School Guy: O_O you know 4D Shapes?
High School Guy: Yah. -.- *Walks away*
